We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Foreman to man a crew of 3-4. The client is well-established in the general earthworks and construction industry and pride themselves on their excellent work ethic for delivering a straight forward and professional approach to their clients and projects. The company undertake works on residential, roading, rail, commercial and underground infrastructure.

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone to implement a high standard of safety.
- Experience in earthworks and civil construction management and construction.
- You will have a proven track record in technical delivery and paperwork.
- Be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner.

**Skills required**:

- Class 4 and WTR
- Be able to build and maintain relationships
- ConstructSafe, First Aid and Site Safe qualified is preferable but not essential.
- Excavator Experience is preferable
