**About the role**

We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team of Kaiako for the Bachelor in Bicultural Social Work programme. As the Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and educational experiences of tauira, and the educational delivery within the social work programme for our kaiako.

Reporting directly to the Kaiwhakahaere Ako - Manager Educational Delivery, you will be responsible for:

- Provide exceptional administration and coordination support to Kaiako and Kaiwhakahaere Ako, and the Bachelor of Social Work programme
- Planning and organising tasks related to re-recognition and monitors visits, and Kōmiti Awhina hui
- Establish and maintain working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**

Ideally, you will have
- a Diploma in Business Administration
- experience working in a tertiary education environment
- 3 years’ administration experience
- experience working with tertiary education support systems

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
