Looking for a career change and the opportunity to use your knowledge and skills in tertiary education? An exciting opportunity for a Student Advisor - Disability Support position has become available in the Student Hub, Student Services & Administration division.

The primary focus of this role will be working within the Disability Support Services team providing advisory with a specialised focus in supporting those students with a disability. Primarily this role will be located on the City and North campus, however, flexibility to work across all Student Hubs will be required.

To be successful in this role you will be dynamic and innovative, agile and solution-focused with proven success in a similar position demonstrating:

- an allied health background with a passion for supporting students' success
- knowledge of disability-based support services
- an ability to deliver a high-quality, professional service with a culture of customer care
- an understanding of advisory support delivered via a case management model
- extensive experience with technology and relationship management software

You will be professional and calm and have demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile. An ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment while remaining calm under pressure is a must and if, alongside all of this are a great team player, we want to hear from you.
