**About the Role**:
Are you a skilled and experienced nurse looking to make a real impact in clinical practice? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team at Hastings Hospital.

In this pivotal role, you will provide after-hours clinical support to staff and patients, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care. As a senior nurse, you will act as a role model, demonstrating leadership, autonomy, and expertise while fostering a culture of excellence in clinical practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing expert clinical support, supervision, and education to staff.
- Leading in emergency situations and responding to rapid response calls.
- Utilizing advanced assessment skills to anticipate and manage patient needs.
- Role-modelling high standards of care, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
