Our clinic in Christchurch is seeking a motivated professional to drive clinical outcomes and really own the Team Lead role. If you are an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Health Navigator looking for team management and leadership opportunities we are keen to hear from you. You will be encouraged to continue your growth and look after clients the way they deserve to be taken care of - the Habit Health way.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure your team is meeting targets - billed hours and productivity
- Work with the Regional Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels
- Develop internal reports to implement process improvements
- Collaborate with Clinical Leads to promote positive service outcomes
