Working within the commercial construction industry, with on-site manufacturing of beautifully designed and engineered perforated steel and aluminum outdoor facades and screen systems.
You will be charged with being a key liaison with a large range of customers such as architects, project managers, engineers and homeowners, ensuring you provide optimum customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.

**THE ROLE**
From initial technical advice, quotes to order release, you will be a key liaison to clients.
- Deliver both exceptional friendly, professional service.
- Be a first point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintaining relationships with customers.
- Working with internal stakeholders to provide support.
- Answering customer queries in regard to pricing, turnaround and technical information.
- Enter, maintain and review customer pricing and CRM.
**ABOUT YOU**
With a passion for delivering optimum service and experience within construction or steel industries (or similar manufacturing environment).
- Ability to read (and quote off) basic building plans is essential.
- Min of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Sales Support where you are tasked with delivering product solutions, which can be bespoke and complex.
- Professional business-level communication style - both verbal and written.
- A keen relationship builder, you genuinely enjoy being on the phone and providing optimum bespoke solutions to your clients.
- A track record to collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge and experience in software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM and ERP systems.
- Exceptional accuracy in data-entry with high numerical aptitude.
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle and prioritize in a fast-paced role.
- Intelligent, professional, well-presented with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team player. Positive and engaging. You bring energy, charisma, and a great sense of humour.
