DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Customer Service Specialist, Strategic Accounts in Auckland.

The position is responsible for liaising with customers & suppliers in an effective and timely manner whilst directing, compiling and completing the necessary documentation within the operations team. This position is required to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Work together with Strategic Accounts team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered
- Carry out work flow processes in accordance with management directive, customer instructions, SOPs and specified requirements
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with DSV customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas.
- Read, interpret and carry out instructions recorded on documents or within DSV’s systems.
- Communicate (verbal and written) with customers, suppliers and other team members to obtain information or communicate issues.
- Ability to problem solve issues relating to information recorded on documents, calculations of costings and load size.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks according to specific requirements and deadlines.
- Support the Manager with day to day activities, and other reasonable tasks and projects as required.

**About you**:

- Experience in Freight Forwarding (air and/or sea).
- Good communication, customer service and numeracy (monetary and weights) skills.
- Ability to plan and coordinate to deliver desired outcomes within strict timeframes.
- Experience using CargowiseOne is preferred.
