As an Administrator, you will interact with a range
of staff as well as the general public and external health professionals to
help us to achieve the best outcomes for our tūroro (patients) and whānau.
As an experienced administrator you will know what
it takes to provide excellent customer service to our patients as well as
administration support to the team. This is a varied role so your ability to
organise and prioritise your workload, coupled with your desire to help those
around you and build strong relationships will quickly see you succeed in this
position.
We are currently seeking people that are interested
in full-time, part time, casual and fixed term roles as administrator, (please specify in your cover letter what
your preference is). Our service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you
maybe required to work some weekends.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing administrative and secretarial duties
- Co-ordinating and managing tūroro (patient) bookings
- Ad hoc admin dutiesIdeally, you will have experience in similar roles,

including reception, administration, and customer service. You will be
