Situated in Ashburton, you'll hold a pivotal role within our close-knit team, collaborating closely with Service Managers, and having your reporting manager in Ashburton. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of general administrative tasks. You will be accountable for fulfilling all the duties outlined in the attached job description, along with managing scheduling requirements for the department. This role promises a multifaceted array of tasks to keep you engaged and motivated, ensuring a dynamic and inspiring work experience.

**Work Schedule**

We are seeking a dedicated team member to be our new Administration Coordinator, with a well-defined work schedule for your convenience:
**9.00am -1.00pm, Monday - Friday**

**Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring.**
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written).
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience operating computer packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Accounts payable and scheduling experience is a plus.
