**Responsibilities will include**:
1.Design and develop websites, interactive programs, and audiovisual content based on market demand.

2.Shoot and create short video content to expand the companys related business promotion and publish it on WeChat Channels, TikTok, Short Video, and other short video platforms.

3.Develop and implement multimedia production processes to ensure the smooth progress of projects.

4.Be responsible for maintaining website security, efficient server operation, and user access analysis to ensure the perfect presentation of multimedia projects.

5.Optimize and improve various multimedia projects to enhance the customer experience.

6.Track and research the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys leading position in multimedia products.

7.Train and guide team members to improve their professional level in multimedia design and production.

**Job Requirements**:
2.Good aesthetic sense and creative thinking, able to independently complete multimedia design and production.

3.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle pressure.

4.Must be proficient in English. Proficiency in Chinese is desired, but not mandatory.

5.Sense of studying abroad is preferred.
