**WHO IS TRACKSUIT**

Tracksuit is a joint venture between insight’s agency TRA and innovation partner Previously Unavailable. We’re disrupting the brand tracking space with our always-on, modern SAAS solution. Traditional brand tracking, delivered digitally for a fraction of the cost.

In just 9 months, we’ve built a base of over 70 clients in NZ and launched and seen growth in Australia. With this much momentum, we’re building out our product team and looking for a Quantitative Lead to design, develop and maintain the Tracksuit platform.

**THE ROLE**

A pivotal role within the Tracksuit team you are the technical expert of the syndicated tracking programmes that sit at the core of Tracksuit.

As the architecture of ongoing programmes, you set the vision for future programmes and manage the process for planning and implementation, ensuring programmes are scalable and make use of technology available. Working collaborative with the product team, aligning on vision and priorities.

Interrogating a large dataset across thousands of respondents, hundreds of brands and multiple markets, you are responsible for data integrity and best practice across current and future programmes, ensuring surveys meet the business objectives of customer.

As the brand tracking and research expert, you uncover insights at individual client and broad level to help brands grow and provide support to our Sales and Customer Success teams that enable great conversations with clients and prospects.
**Requirements**:
**ABOUT YOU**

You are strong quantitative researcher who understands the how’s and why’s of tracking surveys, but believes in taking an innovative approach. With a background in customer facing roles (agency experience preferred), and some experience working in an early stage business, you are comfortable doing all the work that needs to be done.

You have a high level of professionalism, are customer centric, a creative problem solver, are an organized self-starter that can work independently to manage multiple workstreams at once, are able to imagine how customer feedback is built into the product for a better customer experience, and know the importance of rigor and best practice to achieving great outcomes for your customers.
