**What you'll need**

You are an** **accomplished and inspiring leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to cooperate and collaborate with other senior leaders across the business. Additionally, you will bring your excellent relationship management and communication skills to collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders and partners.

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Proven leadership capability to inspire and lead a high achieving team to deliver results.
- Experience in bringing together a new function, leading cultural change, and unifying teams.
- 3+ years' experience at a leadership level in leading a Claims Assessing, Supply Chain or Motor trade business.
- 3+ years in any claims value chain function where policy interpretation, technical claims experience, IFSO and complaint management experience was required.
- Demonstrated experience to operate with resilience within a change environment and with ambiguity.
