What does the job look like?

As part of our operations team, this is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the WMS inventory records of inventory and accounting for all inventory adjustments. Key areas:

- Ensure inventory records are consistently accurate
- Generate daily reconciliations, investigate and explain variances
- Run daily reports utilising Sales data and review product categories with changed velocity/volume throughout
- Analyse the causes of inventory inaccuracy
- Ensure all relevant inventory-related training programs for all warehouse positions are developed using Inventory Procedures & Processes

Are you the one?

We are looking for an experienced Inventory professional that has strong analytical skills is process driven with excellent communication skills. You can demonstrate:

- Minimum of two years experience in a similar role with knowledge of inventory management
- Ideally you will have experience with Paperless WMS processes
- Excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines
- A customer focus with the ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of people
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
- A forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential as we are able to train you.
