**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This position is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operational management of the office & financial integrity of the New Zealand Metaverse Labs initiative for the disguise group. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on, individual to oversee all day to day office and financial aspects for the New Zealand team with support from the team out of our London HQ.

disguise has aggressive growth plans for the next 5 years which will give the right individual a clear path for progression within the business.

**What you will do**:

- Manage the NZ Auckland office day to day, supporting a 20+ people creative technology studio based in Kingsland
- Order and coordinate office equipment/cleaning supplies/furniture to ensure a cohesive office space
- Day to day contact for landlord and/or building management. Manage building and maintenance vendors
- Assist with event planning and culture initiatives. Order catering/meals for training and events.
- Help to streamline processes and set-up systems that keep a fast-growing company operating efficiently.
- Assist meeting setups and agendas, calendaring, and coordinating cross-functionally.
- Ad-hoc assistance as needed to both Sales Operations and Support personnel and extended team
- Work with sales and marketing teams to coordinate events, budgets, and related community outreach
- General office administrative tasks

**Experience we are looking for**:

- Approx. 3-5 years Office Management experience in a creative environment
- Approx. 3-5 years experience carrying out general administrative tasks within a fast-paced, high growth, scale-up environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite
- Strong analytical, coordination and decision-making skills
