We’re now looking for a new Regional Chapter Lead for our Torpedo7 brand Your region will cover the country from Whangarei to Invercargill so flexibility is needed and it's preferable that you are based in one of the main cities for ease of travel.

**Job Description**:
As the Regional Chapter Lead your main focus is to ensure your squad is resourced with the right skills and expertise required to achieve their mission and targets for each Quarterly Business Review.

You will be responsible for people management, recruitment, and development. You will build capability throughout our store management network, ensuring consistency of best practices and creating a link between people and strategic delivery through refined collaboration.

Working closely with the two Regional Product Owners who focus on the store deliverables through operational, customer and team experience takes a collaborative approach with your focus being on the craft and people aspects. Day to day there will be regular store visits and you will participate in squad agile routines including stand ups, reviews, retros and squad small room planning.

Your key responsibilities include:

- People management and capability building within your squad region - lifting craft skills, personal development, coaching and goal setting.
- Leading and continuously improving store operational practices and standards to help the squad region and TWG be successful.
- Assisting Store Manager Chapter Members with HR matters where required.
- Change management and programmes of work within the operational side of the Brand(s) for your squad region.

Your key KPIs will be NPS, ENPS, GMROL, coaching, TM productivity, labour spend, H&S incidents, excessive leave, and attrition.

**Qualifications**:
We're looking for someone who has strong communication skills to engage, teach and share messages that drive understanding and outcomes, a collaborative and proactive approach, resilience and perseverance and a continuous improvement mentality and mindset.

You will ideally be someone with extensive large multisite retail operations experience, strong commercial and retail acumen with a good understanding of P&L and driving profitable outcomes and proven skills in facilitating, sourcing and coaching improvement in areas of performance.

Ultimately we're looking for a people and culture champion
