We have an exciting opportunity for a Paving Operative to join our close-knit kapa in Christchurch. Supporting the paving crew to deliver on our contracts, your work-days will involve a variety of operational tasks such as:

- Driving Class 2 vehicles
- Operating Rollers
- Operating Bobcats
- Operating Paving Levels

Along with your positive attitude, commitment to quality, and a supportive and safe workplace, there are a few other essentials to what we are looking for:

- Proven experience in paving
- A proven ability in the proper care, maintenance and operation of plant and equipment
- A full driver’s licence - with WTR endorsements
- A Class 2 and/or Class 4 would be an advantage
- Having a strong health and safety attitude
- Experience in operating a variety of civil machinery is advantageous
