**About the role**:
The Planning Director will work closely with the Head of Planning to lead and develop a high-performing team of media planners and implementers to design superior customer experiences based on a deeper understanding of people and the role that media plays in their lives across all paid, owned and earned channels. This aligns to the philosophy of OMD's global planning process, OMD Design, centred around an empathetic approach to media planning, that truly has the consumer at the heart.

The Planning Director will work closely and collaboratively with senior leads across the business to ensure the media planning function is integrated with the full range of market leading specialist services that OMD offers.

Ultimately, the Planning Director is responsible for leading a team to fulfil all media planning, buying (excl. TV and Programmatic) and associated administration requirements across a portfolio of clients, ensuring that the quality of work delivered is to industry-leading standard.
