**Job Description**:
**Are you ready to redefine revenue excellence and leave your mark in Wellington's dynamic market? Join forces with us at Mövenpick Hotel Wellington, Novotel & Ibis Wellington as a Revenue Analyst.**
Your expertise will be the driving force behind unforgettable guest experiences and remarkable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor behavior to develop effective revenue strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports highlighting revenue performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in revenue management.
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience desirable.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and or Hotel OS systems (Opera Cloud etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
