**About the role**:
We are on the hunt for a remuneration coordinator who can assist our client to understand the job evaluation methodologies, as well as market data framework, including sizing of new roles, external benchmarking and remuneration offers. This will be a busy role working in several departments within the organisation to create improve their process with a mentality of continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the remuneration specialists regarding all aspects of remuneration related matters particularly within People Operations team and to leaders across the business.
- Researching and evaluating current roles within the organisation and benchmarking renumeration, role requirements and market data based on your findings.
- Keep up to date with external trends to ensure remuneration and benefits offering is competitive within a public sector context and supports the attraction and retention of talent. Provide recommendations for implementation.
- Working with the HR Advisory team on remuneration processes including out of cycle remuneration requests, annual performance and remuneration review process ensuring continuous improvement year on year.
- Support in the preparation of papers and presentations, including Remuneration Committee meetings, containing reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
- Pro-actively identifying and managing remuneration and benefits related risks and issues.

- Have basic understanding of remuneration and benefits best practice and requirements within the public sector.
- Experience working with data and having the ability to interpret and display large data / information for other to understand.
- Ability to produce high quality reports which contain quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Strong communication - both written and oral is essential.
