**What will you do?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our Christchurch based team supporting over a thousand users and over devices. In this role you will secure, optimise and maintain IT infrastructure with a primary focus on end user compute.

You'll be joining a diverse team with members who bring experience from various IT backgrounds, including leading global firms and local enterprises

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing Support Services an escalation point (level 2 and 3 support) and facilitating knowledge articles in alignment with Service Management
- Configuring, managing, maintaining and monitoring technologies to enable modern device management across Ryman for compute and mobile.
- Providing end-to-end ownership of infrastructure for new and existing solutions
- Contribute to vision, innovation and facilitate an exceptional user experience
- Vulnerability management across all End-User Computing technology devices and solutions, ensuring the optimisation and security

**Who are you?**
- You may have been a generalist Microsoft technology stack Systems consultant, Administrator, EUC, SOE or DaaS engineer
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are proficient in Microsoft infrastructure systems and have experience using Active Directory, M365, Azure or specialised EUC management tools such as Workspace One, Jamf, Citrix, ConfigMgr, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune
- Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies or VDI
- You have a proven track record in supporting, optimising and securing enterprise IT infrastructure or EUC
