**The Role**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. This role reports to the General Manager People and Culture and is responsible for brand management, our internal communications, update and monitor social media, design and deliver the monthly company newsletter and blog, create monthly project, and thrive videos, create a quarterly alumni and customer newsletter and coordinate the production of the annual report.

We see this role as a key contributor to growing engagement in the Leighs brand and support Leighs to achieve our vision to make construction a better and more enjoyable place to work. The work of this role will engender our teams’ Pride and Passion in working for Leighs construction and contribute to high stakeholder engagement.

Skills and experience required:
- Tertiary qualification with a major or focus on marketing or communications
- Experience in overseeing brand management and ability to contribute to this
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Creative written and confident verbal communication skills
- Innovative and passionate about social media communications
- Ability to work with Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe pro and other marketing and design programmes
- Website management
- Ability to manage third party providers to ensure annual marketing and communications workplan is delivered
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Driven to deliver role requirements as per annual marketing and communications plan
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure content is available for role deliverables
- Enthusiasm and interest in working closely with team members to contribute a vibrant values-based culture and brand.
