A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our client's dynamic, forward-thinking, and supportive CEO. You would be working for a hugely successful Kiwi business. With a culture second to none, beautiful offices based in the CBD, a competitive salary and some great perks, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of a busy CEO'S day, including diary, inbox and travel management. You’ll be supporting the busy Board and involved in the preparation of papers and managing diary conflicts, however minutes are done by the company secretary. You will also be involved in organizing events, such as offsites, functions and social gatherings.

This is a role which requires an experienced Executive Assistant who has previously supported a CEO of a large-scale business. You must be able to anticipate needs, have an engaging nature to liaise with stakeholders, work within a team environment and have the ability to work well under pressure. As well as being highly organized, you will be good at managing conflicting priorities and have the ability to hit the ground running.

**Core Duties**:

- Provide assistance to CEO including responsibility including correspondence and other professional administrative support
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Travel and accommodation coordination.
- Work effectively with the Leadership Team, and internal and external stakeholders
- Support with board meeting preparation (coordinating documents and working with the Company Secretary to ensure timely circulation of papers to the Board of Directors)
- Ad hoc project support

**To be successful in this position you will need to have**:

- Previous experience supporting an Executive Leader.
- A strong ability to prioritise and juggle competing demands.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Be resilient with a great sense of humour
