**Job Description**:
**He aha tau mahi? - What will you do?**

We're looking for a talented administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis (parental leave cover 8+ months). This important role administers the Permit to Work (PTW) System and assists the PTW Coordinator to fulfil their duties and responsibilities.

You can expect to:

- Assist to maintain a PTW Office via which the PTW System is operated.
- Work closely with the Field Operations Managers and Field Technicians in order to provide an efficient PTW process across the Gas Transmission assets.
- Work closely with Gas Control and Operations Process team to manage potential operational impacts of planned work.
- Provide adhoc administrative support as required.

- Be a strong team player capable of interacting professionally with range of internal and external stakeholders

- Exceptional relationship building skills
- A willingness to learn, develop and share knowledge
- Confident using MS Office
