The purpose of this team is to enable a modern, risk-based, high quality, forward-looking supervision through improved efficiency, consistency and digital capability.In this role you will:

- Identify and analyse data, business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and document business requirements for projects and operational process improvement activities.
- Collect and review information to identify trends and ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Ō pūkenga - About you You're enthusiastic and passionate about contributing to New Zealand's economic wellbeing. You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy collating various information sources to provide clear analysis to allow informed decision making. You will also bring to this role:

- Broad-based experience (in a bank, insurer or other financial institution or supervisory authority a plus) in a business analyst or operational delivery type role.
- Experience with process mapping and related tools such as Visio, ProMapp etc.
- Technology aptitude including strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- CRM (Dynamics) use or configuration experience an advantage.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, problem solving skills and creative thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
