As a Cruise Sales Manager you will play a critical role in expanding our cruise sales by developing and maintaining partnerships with our travel agency partner network. This on-the-road position will require you to travel throughout the country, fostering relationships, and promoting our cruise offerings to increase sales volume.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our travel agency partner network.
- Provide product training, marketing support, and sales tools to travel agency partners to enhance their understanding and promotion of our cruise offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partner agencies to expand our network.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and market trends to the management team.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or cruise industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- A passion for travel and a deep understanding of the cruise industry is a plus.
