**About the Role**

We're looking for a full-time Laboratory Technician to join our Animal Health Lab Team, which is part of the Operations and Service Group. The role reports to the Animal Health Team Leader.

The role is based in Riverlea, where there is free onsite parking. We also offer flexible working hours and are more than happy to discuss start and finish times to suit your lifestyle.

**Your role will be responsible for**:

- Preparation of a range of Bovine and Caprine samples for testing in our Animal Health Laboratory
- Reporting on results
- Implementation and maintenance of ISO 17025 quality standards for all laboratory practices
- Using your knowledge and experience to mentor and support colleagues

**About You**

We are looking for someone who:

- Has at least 2 years' experience working in a commercial laboratory
- Is experienced in PCR and ELISA testing
- Possesses experience or understanding of the farming environment
- Is agile, flexible, resilient and collaborative
