My client is a leading player in the sports apparel, school and now commercial clothing market, committed to providing top-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. Their diverse range of merchandise caters to athletes, sports enthusiasts, and businesses looking for a high-performance statement for their team. As my client continues to grow, they are seeking a talented and energetic Retail Manager to elevate their retail operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Inspire and lead a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Working with our Marketing and Design Manager you will implement visually appealing displays to showcase our latest sports apparel and commercial clothing collections.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure optimal stock levels, track merchandise movement, and implement effective inventory control procedures.
- **Customer Engagement**: Foster a customer-centric environment, cultivating loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
- **Sales Performance**: Drive sales growth through effective strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.
- **Analytical** - Be able to understand numbers and help support growth in sales.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and adherence to company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Retail Management Experience**: Demonstrated success in managing a retail store, preferably in sports apparel or commercial uniforms.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to motivate and lead a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
- **Business Acumen**: Solid understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory management.
- **Passion for Sports and Fashion**: A genuine interest in sports apparel trends and the commercial uniform market.
