As a member of our group legal team, preferably based in Auckland, you will be primarily responsible for providing legal advice and support to our businesses. You will have the opportunity to manage a range of tasks including:

- Negotiating, reviewing and drafting a wide range of agreements (including consultancy agreements, subcontracts, teaming agreements, licencing and IT agreements);

- research and advising on applicable laws and regulations;
- managing claims and dispute resolution; and

- You will have gained experience in commercial contract law either in a relevant in-house environment or a reputable law firm. Experience working in-house in the consulting engineering, construction sector, and/ or technology sectors will be an advantage.
- You will be pragmatic, commercially astute, a great communicator and possess the proven ability to develop strong and productive relationships within the business setting.
- You will be pro-active, keen to learn and develop, and happy to work autonomously with support.
- You must have relevant tertiary legal qualifications and a current New Zealand practising certificate (or ability to obtain one).
