Opportunity for a Legal Counsel to work alongside our awesome team to support various areas of work including global consumer advice, marketing and advertising, privacy and digital. Working in a high performing team servicing a global business, providing high quality legal services to a senior legal team and stakeholders across the business.This is an exciting and challenging role with projects of varying scales.The role:We’re seeking a Legal Counsel to join our fast paced and cohesive legal team. Reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll need at least 3+ Years PQE with exposure to a global business, commercial contracts, privacy and consumer laws with experience in drafting, contractual analysis and articulating arguments.Skills and experience you'll need:At least 3+ years PQEA solid grasp of commercial contract review and negotiationA sound understanding of privacy and consumer lawsExperience in-house advising a global business is an advantageKey Responsibilities:Playing an integral role in the ongoing success of the organization by providing accurate, clear and timely global legal advice to team members across the business.Growing your knowledge of our different products and services and the legal requirements that apply to inform the business on a variety of matters.Providing solution focused legal advice across the different areas of Les Mills business with a view to enabling Les Mills’ commercial outcomes to be achieved.Attributes:Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders to identify legal and privacy risks/trendsSkilled at managing multiple tasks concurrently and communicating effectively in verbal and written form across all levels of a businessMotivated self-starter with strong attention to detailPragmatic and solution focussed approachAbout Les Mills:At Les Mills, unlocking and amplifying that inner drive to achieve our goals is something we’re not shy to say we’re great at.Today, Les Mills Internationals programs are in 20,000 gyms in over 100 countries – pair that with the boom of our digital subscription service LES MILLS+ (like Netflix for our workouts), and it’s an exciting time to be a part of our global company.
