We are currently seeking a highly qualified Field Manager / Supervisor to join our team. This full-time permanent position entails overseeing the operations of contracted orchards within our horticulture business.

Responsibilities for this position include various management tasks such as maintaining time and wage records for staff, generating work reports, establishing production schedules and rosters, liaising with farmers and growers, managing financial transactions, procuring necessary products, overseeing HR duties, staff management, and training. The Field Manager will assume sole responsibility for our orchard operations, with other team members reporting to and providing support.

We offer a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours of work per week for this position, with a pay rate ranging from $29.66 to $35 per hour.

Applicants for this position must hold New Zealand residency or possess a valid New Zealand work visa.
