**The role**
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone, and internet.
- Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation.
- Offer accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain new and current customers through a high level of service and professionalism.
- Develop and constantly update skills with relevant and available product information systems.
- Assist in organising, monitoring, and ensuring training and development of staff in the sales processes, sales systems, products, and safety.
- Liaises with Product Development, Warehouse and Administrative staff on a regular basis.
- Participate in any trade shows and sales training programs as required.
- Share knowledge and support work colleagues to increase the effectiveness of the team.
- Use customer feedback and workplace observation to evaluate products and services.
**About You**
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will have a solid background in parts sales, have good communication skills, good customer service skills and a proven track record in commercial parts sales. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly advantageous.
