**Te Kowhiringa | The Opportunity**

As a key member of the Downer National Fleet Team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for business process improvement, documentation of business processes, cost control, data analytics, providing accurate reporting and administrative duties.

This role is an important support to identifying and carry out improvement opportunities while maintaining and advancing client relationships providing accurate and timely reporting.

**The core responsibilities of the role will include;**
- Gather and document business requirements and identify business triggers in order to reach desired outcomes
- Work closely with the Support roles to ensure data is correct
- Provide finance and systems training to business operational teams to ensure a high level of accurate data is provided
- Support management in undertaking accurate and timely reporting
- Ensuring forecasts are maintained and accurate
- Use Downer Business Systems JDE and SAP to provide, weekly, and monthly financial and non-Financial reporting
- Use Power BI Reporting suite and Excel to maintain accurate data and provide reporting as directed.
- Support Business Partner in customer engagement

Educations & Qualifications:
Data Analytics or Financial degree (desirable)

Excel Proficient (imperative)

BI Reporting (desirable)
