**What you’ll be doing**:
Demonstrate your expertise, passion and B2B marketing skills in this newly created position in our busy Marketing Team. Reporting into the Marketing Lead - Business-to-Business, you’ll support the marketing strategy development and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns and initiatives that engage and resonate with business-to-business audiences (from SME to large enterprise customers) to drive awareness and uptake of business-grade fibre and new access and networks products and services.

If you’ve been in a Campaign Manager role for a while and you’re looking for more responsibility for shaping marketing strategy, this role is for you. This is an everchanging and exciting industry with endless opportunities for growth.

You’ll be working closely with the Business and Networks team as well as the newly created New Access team working on some of Chorus’ biggest strategic priorities. No two days will be the same - you’ll be helping shape and deliver Chorus’ IOT/Smart Locations and New Property Development go
- to-market plans; driving awareness and generating leads and uptake of our other business and network products and services that enable Enterprises, Retail Service Providers and Cloud and Content providers to better connect and transport data more quickly and efficiently across our digital eco-system; as well as collaborating with product owners and sales teams to bring new products and services to market.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in managing and delivering end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, events, and communications, including ideation, development, execution, full go-to-market stakeholder engagement and post campaign reviews. You will work closely with product owners as well as media and creative agencies and internal digital, web and content teams to take initiatives to market.

You will be curious, collaborative, and comfortable influencing and managing virtual teams across Chorus to deliver initiatives to market.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:
We’re looking for someone with 7+ years experience (agency or client side) in developing and delivering effective B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives who can jump in and hit the ground running.

You’ll need to be a marketing all-rounder with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive customer focused solutions that meet commercial needs. You have a broad knowledge of New Zealand media landscape and will champion for strong creative ideas and big picture thinking.

You’ll be adept at working in adaptive environments, multi-tasking and keeping projects on track, delivering to agreed timeframes and budgets.

You have robust organisation and project-management capabilities and can manage multiple projects and stakeholders, including external agencies, at any one time. You are a great team player and thanks to your strong written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be able to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and develop strong relationships to achieve great outcomes.

While an understanding of the telecommunications industry, or a background in or around tech or wholesale industries is an advantage, it’s not essential. Bachelors degree in marketing/ communications or on the job equivalent.
