As the team grows, we are looking for multiple vacancies; permanent and fixed term for an Associate KYC Analyst to be based at North Wharf.

This role will encompass the collection and verification of foreign tax residency information from our customers, while providing an unbeatable customer experience.

In this role, you will:

- Collect and verify foreign tax residency information from our customers
- Review and analyse information received
- Communicate with customers worldwide through different channels
- Update customer information and complete due diligence
- Check historic records and doing remedial work for ongoing projects

Key to your success will be:

- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
- Confident problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- An understanding of the Foreign Tax Legislation (especially CRS and FATCA obligations)
- The ability to articulate and communicate complex information simply and diplomatically through various channels
- An understanding of entity structures, including Trusts, Partnerships, Associations, Private and Public companies is preferable
