The purpose of this role to be the proactive support in the wardrobe ensuring the smooth coordination of the finished goods and installation processes.

This is an integral role to provide support to the Production Supervisor and to provide proactive support to Customer Care Department as the final step prior to installation.

This is a fantastic role for anyone with retail, sales or production experience that is looking for a change of pace. In this role you will be working with a high performing team and will feel truly valued for you contribution to the workplace and customer installations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of installers pick sheets to ensure all items are ready for the next day’s installs. (M&Q and KO)
- Coordinate with Installers on site.
- Trouble shooting and preparation for the installers.
- Work closely with Customer Care to identify and rectifying discrepancies with installer pick sheets.
- Correlate with Customer Care regarding old standing jobs
- Communicate and record any issues.
- Maintain installer spares and accessories to ensure adequate volumes.
- Ensure quality checks before releasing items of finished goods.
- Oversee daily setup of the area.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Drive continuous improvement and provide support to colleagues.
- Support the production manager when needed.

**Key Requrememnts**:

- A good understanding of customer care, sales and installation process
- A full drivers licence and capable of driving a manual vehicle
- Physically fit and able for logistics and moving boxes
- Excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills alongside focused attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
- An ability to work in a team environment
- A desire to go above and beyond
- A drive for further personal learning and development

Located in Penrose, there is parking available on site and close by.

Hours are ideally 7.30am - 4pm to get ahead of the installations for the day.
