We are looking for a new Retail Services Manager to join our Food Services team and manage The Health Deli café team at Wellington Hospital. This is a great position for someone who loves Hospitality and wants to work great hours.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:
Ensure a high-quality food service provision occurs across The Health Deli Café services that meets the CCDHB Healthy Eating Standards.
To build and maintain a strong relationship with the CCDHB client base.
To effectively manage and report on Service Level Measures (SLM’s) on a monthly basis.
To operate within the labour, cost of goods and expenses budgets as detailed in the annual budget.
To achieve forecasted profit results and participate in creating marketing plans to grow business.
Ensure compliance with Spotless Food Safety Plan.
Use effective staff management practices.
To operate in a way that minimizes any harm, or risk of harm to employees, customers and contractors.
A professional and positive image of Spotless is maintained.
Facilitate continual improvement in quality, productivity, and profitability of operational areas.
OH&S compliance monitored, and processes established to ensure corporate responsibility is met.

You will be an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Services Manager who thrives working under pressure. You will also bring with you:
Relationship Management (To manage the contract whilst retaining an advantage over competitors)
Staff Management (To ensure the recruitment, selection and training of qualified and motivated staff)
Financial Management (To ensure service provision occurs within budget)
Product and Service Quality (All food services standards are set and maintained for retention of contract)
Month-Ending Reporting (Financial reports are generated in an accurate and timely manner)
Communications (Demonstration of open and effective communication and leadership). Opportunities for further nationally recognized NZQA accredited training
