**This role**
This is an opportunity for an experienced Group Business Director. This role assumes responsibility for driving client success across a high profile national account, both through direct client management, and by managing and leading a team. The Group Business Director is a Senior Leadership position within FCB’s media team and is accountable for delivering outstanding work and client profitability, leveraging FCB’s cross-discipline capabilities to meet client needs.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Minimum 7+ years experience in media agencies, demonstrated client leadership across digital media or hybrid portfolios.
- A natural communicator you will be comfortable presenting to and building strong relationships with your clients, suppliers, team members and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong reporting and analysis skills; you’ll be up-to-date with trends and innovations - with a natural passion for the industry.
- Detail oriented, you think outside the square and have the ability to lead a team pushing the boundaries on creativity in media.
- A solid understanding of the importance of research and data driven insights to build marketing plans.

Overall you will be responsible for delivering best in class, effective media campaigns and insightful input and deliverables for this high profile national account.
