**Hours: Monday to Friday Day shifts (with some on-call)**
**Salary: $95K dep exp with a 10% bonus on top**

Our respected client is seeking an exceptional
- **Clinical Lead Nurse** to join their dedicated team at our esteemed aged care home in Dunedin.
This could be your first step into a leadership role and you would be fully supported by an experienced Facility Manager.
Our client offers a competitive salary, including an extra 10% bonus on top of your salary, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to elderly residents, leading a team of skilled professionals, and promoting a positive and nurturing environment.

**What will you need to apply**'
- Registered Nurse qualification with a current practicing certificate.
- Proven experience in aged care or a related field, with a strong clinical background.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Sound knowledge of aged care regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of the elderly.
