Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a Tele/Virtual health program? We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Tele/Virtual health Lead. This is a part time, 4 days a week role, covering a 4 ½ months secondment starting end of June 2023.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tele/virtual health strategies to improve access to care, increase patient engagement, and enhance the overall patient experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop telehealth services, support, grow and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs.
To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of the current healthcare industry, as well as a background in tele/virtual health technologies and best practices. You should be able to manage projects and teams effectively, while also being able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Developing and implementing tele/virtual health strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth
- Designing and launching new tele/virtual health strategies
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs
- Managing projects and teams effectively
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on telehealth
- Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and best practices
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
