As a Mental Health Assistant with Wofo, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting patients facing mental health challenges. Working in hospital settings, you’ll provide compassionate care while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support patients in their daily activities and promote emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with mental health teams to provide tailored patient care
- Assist with documentation and observe patients for any behavioral changes

**Requirements**:

- Certificate or relevant experience in mental health care (preferred)
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations
