Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Lakes provides healthcare from its two modern and progressive general hospitals in Rotorua and Taupo, New Zealand.
We are growing our team with an exciting opportunity for an experienced mental health professional to help embed our new model of care Te Ara Tauwhirotanga: pathways that lead us to act with kindness.
This model is the product of extensive co-design with over 400 participants from the Lakes DHB community, clearly articulating what works for people in their recovery and healing journey.
About The Role
This is a fixed term full time or part-time vacancy for up to 40 hours per week, working business hours (Mon – Fri 8am to 4:30pm).
You will provide specialist intervention for people to optimise recovery and quality of life as well as case coordination.
About You
You must be a Registered Clinician with experience in a community mental health environment.
You should have sound assessment and psychosocial intervention skills.
An Annual Practising Certificate & Registered with the appropriate regulatory body is essential.
