Mō te tūnga | About the role
The Enterprise Change and Benefits team is based on an integrated structure, designed to leverage our skills and embed collaboration; benefits happen when change management is effective. We have a separate change management practice who will use the toolset you provide, and conversely who will enable you to develop an enterprise view of change to inform our governance and decision making.
The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) is intentional about its Practice Leadership, Portfolio Governance and Change Visibility across its activities, by investing in functions that deliver improved project, governance, and capability outcomes. Four teams make up the EPMO:
Project Capability; Enterprise Change and Benefits, Portfolio Governance and Programme Delivery.
As our new Enterprise Change Lead is you will take the reins and facilitate change management activities within and across the Oranga Tamariki transformation and strategic change portfolio to ensure the successful delivery of business change initiatives and strategic outcomes.
You will be responsible for analysing, planning, implementing, and evaluating change strategies, facilitating a collaborative approach to change across the organisation and building ownership and capability in change leadership.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
We are looking for someone with experience in change management practice; someone who is ambitious, smart and motivated. This might be a step up into a more strategic change role and will enable you to develop practical skills in benefits management.

**Key requirements of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Understand and document Enterprise change fatigue
- Stand up Enterprise Change Management Frameworks and guidelines
- Develop a single Enterprise view of change
- Assess the scope and scale of change
- Ensure the change approach of initiatives is standardised and consistent
- Identify the change impact and gap between the current and
- future state, and ensure the right interventions are designed, developed, and implemented
- Facilitate collaborative design of, and a shared vision and ownership of, change across Oranga Tamariki
- demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
