This role is vital in supporting business across all departments and provides the opportunity to contribute in many areas.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, your role will be to manage CRM databases and processes around customer experience. Experience in CRM systems, Salesforce being our CRM system, Customer Feedback systems are key skills. Having the ability to be that bridge between data and its end use by Sales, Service, Parts departments is intrinsic to the role.

**About you**

You will have a passion for data integrity and process, get satisfaction on maintaining an accurate and functional CRM databases. Enjoys interpreting data and providing insights for others to make informed decisions.
- Interest in the Automotive and Transport industry.
- Have at least two years' experience in data management or a related discipline.
- Intermediate level with MS Excel and Office products.
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce experience highly regarded.
- Experience in data management, and interpreting data.
- You will bring with you a capability to learn new systems, a willingness to follow proven procedures and critical thinking to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Problem solving and can-do attitude
