We are expanding rapidly to a new market this year and have signed up some influential customers. This presents exciting opportunities but also interesting delivery challenges in a tight timeframe. We've mapped out the solution for the initial phase and believe it's doable given the timeframe, but would need a capable Programme Delivery Manager to help us achieve it In this role, you'll be responsible for a business wide delivery programme working across time zones, countries and teams from Engineering to Market Implementation. With clear business measures, specific programmes of work and clear end dates, you will make a real difference in the lives of our people. **In this role you can expect to**:

- Manage project scope and resource requirements.
- Work closely with Pushpay teams to ensure successful programme implementation.
- Manage priorities against the available capacity.
- Maintain a programme delivery plan including milestones and key deliverables, with regular reporting updates to stakeholders.
- Create a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and resource alignment
- Complete financial reporting

**You will be**:

- Experienced in programme delivery (5+ years relevant experience)
- Able to demonstrate a track record of successful large-scale project / programme delivery
- Able to support and grow high performance teams
- Comfortable working with a degree of uncertainty and complexity
- Able to be productive with modern documentation and project management tools, especially Jira
- Capable of working across multiple time zones for early starts and, on occasion, longish days
- Preferably experienced in coordinating and delivering programme of work across multiple timezones with very limited overlap
