**Who we're looking for**
As **Managed Services Operations Manager**, you will work closely with the Head of Managed Services and provide support and analysis to our teams and clients.
This role requires a seasoned IT professional with a track record of team leadership, strong technical skills in ETL and BI tools, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing and managing client requests, providing technical assistance across the Managed Services teams, and actively participating in new client opportunities and onboarding.
**Your day to day**
- Experience monitoring systems and batch processes
- Responding to client queries
- Investigating and resolving issues
- Designing and developing enhancements to client DW/BI solutions using best practice methodologies
- Oversee and build relationships with multiple clients concurrently
- Assisting with new client opportunities and onboarding new clients
- Managing escalations and client communication
- Provide technical assistance across all Managed Services teams
**Your Skills and Experience**
- 8+ years experience working in teams to provide IT Support to clients
- 5+ years hands-on experience in ETL and BI tools such as Microsoft (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS). Report development/support using Power BI and/or Tableau
- Minimum 5 years experience leading teams
- Cognos, Wherescape Red and Azure ADF experience required
- Strong experience implementing strategies and leading client engagements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Accompanied with**
- 2+ years’ experience in Data lake (highly desirable)
- An advantage: SAP Business Objects, Python and/or Databricks
- AWS experience
