**What **you’ll **be doing ****

We’re looking for a full time Process Development Engineer to join our Engineering Development team.

This role will be responsible for supporting the design, development and commercialisation of new medical devices and manufacturing processes as required to deliver the development objectives and milestones of the company.

**_Key responsibilities _**_: _**
- Working alongside the development team and internal stakeholders to support the design, development and commissioning of new process equipment and processes for medical devices
- Work with the development, quality and regulatory departments to ensure new medical products comply with all relevant standards and requirements
- Working with external development partners and providers on product and process development activities
- Identifying, selecting and implementing new systems as required to support the development of new medical devices.
- Foster strong and productive working relationships across all stakeholders, including internal and external partners, suppliers and service providers.
- Nurture an environment of self-reflection and continuous improvement.

**What **you’ll **bring**
- A tertiary qualification in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in the design, development and implementation of assembly jigs, fixtures and process equipment into a production environment.
- Experience generating documents for previous work including CAD drawings, technical reports, validation protocols and reporting
- Experience working within a highly regulatory GDP and GMP field such as, medical devices or similar.
- Demonstrated technical writing skills and working knowledge of statistics and statistical process control.
- Ability to problem-solve, critical thinking and perseverance.
- Adapts quickly, embraces change and is flexible and agile.
- Able to identify risks and generate mitigation strategies.
- Ability to produce and review technical documentation and communicate complex technical information.
- Open mind to learn & develop new technical skills. Ideally, you will have a background in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

You will have an innovative and creative mind with the ability to work well with ambiguity and understand the wider view. You will also have excellent verbal and written English communication with the ability to articulate ideas easily.

Based in Airport Oaks with easy access to the motorway, there is plenty of parking available around our offices. Our teams are flexible, with a mix of being in office + working from home. We also have an on-site gym, which is available for individual use, or jump in to one of our bootcamp or yoga classes.
