Fixed Term Customer Service Representative, Te Awa - The Base
- Westpac Te Awa | The Base | Hamilton
- Part-time, 12 month fixed term position, 24.25 hours per week
- Roster - Mon, Tues and Fri 9am to 4.30pm. Saturday 9am to 2pm.

Mō te tūranga | About the Role

We are driven to ignite financial possibilities for our customers, communities and for the whole country. As the Customer Service Representative, you will support our valued customers with their banking needs, including but not limited to, online banking queries, assisting with bank card queries, and general banking enquires such as bank statements. You will be the first point of contact for our face-to-face customers that enter the branch and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time. You will also support the bank to grow business by identifying customer needs and referring them to the appropriate people to assist with their financial requirements.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
- 2+ years of solid administration and customer service experience
- Prior banking (or similar industry) experience preferred
- A genuine desire to help people and willing to go the extra mile
- Great communication skills and highly organised with immaculate attention to detail
- Tech savvy - able to assist our customers with our digital platforms
- You have a smart approach to problem-solving, and a knack for uncovering your customers' unexpressed needs.
