Previous supervisor work experience will be a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all the tasks related to the operation of the main retail sales channels, namely Retail, and Online are involved, supported and managed with rest of the team and ensure smooth and efficient daily operation. (e.g., Managing daily operation, sales, ordering, display arrangement, managing stocks, Shelving, Overall customer service of the retail and Online stores
- Accomplishes division objectives by supporting staff and organising and monitoring work processes.
- Maintaining relevant operating system and enforces use of systems, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers in choosing products and/or suggesting appropriate alternatives.
- Facilitate the payment to suppliers for stock and when appropriate, negotiate for better terms.
- Determine and amend stock profit margins to remain competitive within a specific territory.
- Managing all Wholesale customers and their orders and ensuring their payments are collected on time.
- Plan, formulate and implement overseas purchasing of products and budgets.
- Analyse Retail, Online sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.
- Ensure that stock is accurately priced and displayed in an aesthetically appealing manner.
- Ensure complete accuracy of Retail Inventory and organise monthly stock takes.
- Address any customer dissatisfaction that may arise.
- Ensure all the products are displayed and labelled with correct pricing at the Retail store to ensure increase in sales and no confused customers.
- Ensure all Ministry of Preliminary Industries (MPI) and NZ Food Safety compliance are met and manage all the issues with respective govt agencies, Shipping companies and Custom agents to ensure seamless import management process.
- Ensuring continued compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and this will be one of the key areas of your position expected to be adhered to.

Other key requirements needed for the role:

- Time management skills and a great team player
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills with MS Excel proficiency and other office apps.
- Valid Driver license
- Resolute and Willing to work with quick learning skills.
- Be fit and willing to learn.

Must have minimum one year experience.

Fulltime - Minimum 30 hours per week.

We offer salary at the current market rate as per the experience. We are based at 3 - 875 Dominion Road, Balmoral, Auckland, New Zealand
