**The Ro**le**
Joining our Culture & Leadership team, this role will see you lead the work to measure and track IAG’s progress towards it’s aspired culture, the IAG Way. With an understanding of culture measurement, employee engagement and voice of people strategies you will help draw insights into IAG’s culture to enable optimum people experiences for all IAG employees.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project manage and design Group wide culture measurement, employee engagement and voice of people solutions
- Coach and build strong working relationships with P&C and business stakeholders to increase our awareness of how to use insights from culture measurement approach
- Lead the Annual Culture and People Pulse Survey process from design and implementation, summarising insights
- Lead the design and creation of the Consolidated Culture Report annually
- Lead the creation of the Enterprise Culture Action Plan
- Project manage any required deep dives in cultural challenges which may include focus groups, interviews, and a report to summarise the findings
- Input into papers to summarise cultural findings for our Group Leadership Team and Board
**Skills & Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in the measurement of culture and employee engagement utilising survey data and other mechanisms
- Sound understanding of risk culture
- Proven organisational development with experience developing innovative, efficient, and effective solutions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound Analytical skills
- Excellent written communication
- Project management experience
- Sound stakeholder management skills
