We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor with at least 5 years' experience. This role will involve providing specialist Health and Safety advice for the areas where T+T operates. Leading engagement through regular site observations, inspections, meetings, trainings, and audit. This is a role that offers variety - our work environments include corporate office space through to building and construction sites which can include dams and coastal structures.

**Nā tōu rourou | What you'll bring**
- At least 5 years' experience in similar roles, ideally in the construction sector.
- ICAM investigation training and experience.
- Audit training and experience.
- Familiarity with ISO45001 standards.
- A Graduate Diploma in OSH, NEBOSH or equivalent HSW qualifications would be useful but is not required.
- Great communication skills, ability to relate well to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills and initiative.
- Able to manage priorities and work autonomously.
- Have an eye for detail and areas of improvement.
- Confident presentation skills to share concepts with large groups.
- A collaborative influencer - we are looking for an educator, not an enforcer.
